It has a very solid melody that I was instantly engaged in, and a very good vocalist to complement it. It’s something like a typical J-Rock style with heavy guitars and strong vocals, but it’s very well done. “Karma” is a very good opening song, and I like it more out of the two songs. The simple but pleasant melody with soft vocals can make anyone wave their hands in the air back and forth. This style of music makes me feel like I’m in a concert. Motoo Fujiwara is a great vocalist, putting a lot of soul into the song. “Supernova” is a song that is not featured in the game, but it’s a very nice song. I never heard of them before, but listening to these two songs, I am interested in hearing more of their works. The band’s leader, Motoo Fujiwara, did a few songs for the game, and his band did the opening song “Karma.” As a bonus, the single included one of their hits “Supernova” (well really it’s more like “Karma” is the bonus, but for us gamers, Supernova is the extra material). The band, Bump of Chicken, is a well-known J-Rock group who has stepped into gaming territory. Good translation, here is what I got, the perfect copy is somewhere in the middle I am sure. Before the game “Tales of the Abyss” was even released in Japan, a single was released. Yes, we will finally meet, when the cross is built above the reasons. Please do not forget, I will always call out for you from inside of the glass ball. In one spot of sunshine, we share spaces. While our tainted hands touch each other, When we are both burried for the same reason, Please don’t forget, I will always call out for you. We will meet for the first time, with the same cry as our sign. The thing we must understand, is somewhere between 1 and 0. We realized those steps we counted, mean nothing but merely numbers. When it fell, something broke out.Īnd we bathed in sunshine while we fought for it. In one spot of sunshine, it’s a bit crowded for two.Ī glass ball was dropped. We’ll understand the meaning of our existence.Īs long as we exist, we have no choice but to take up spaces. I’m here, and will always call out for you. We will definitely meet, with the same vibration as our sign. My hands look tainted even though I kept them clean.Īnd before I question my memories, my memories question me. When our hearts start to beat, we reluctantly keep territories.Īnd continue to protect them from being taken away. Song and lyrics written by Motoo Fujiwara (藤原基央)Ī glass ball was dropped, another dropped as I chased it. The lyrics is all about the connection between Ash and Luke This song is easy to understand if you played Tales of the Abyss.
